Did you Hear about the Morgans review by DC Tauntaun
The commercial made it look like it had promise. The film had potential, but missed the mark. The film really feels like a group of britains with their dry silly humor came to Wyoming to make fun of the differences in New York and Wyoming cultures. They try hard with their witty dry style, and Hugh Grant has pulled off the humor better in other films, but I would have to guess these writers are not overly experienced. It felt like someone writing their first screenplay got overly excited about cheesy jokes and threw them in. The lack of chemistry keeps the two stars from making you "feel" for them. The storyline is actually rather somber which also keeps the comedy from following in other successful footsteps. Fans of dry, silly slapstick british humor may get a kick out of it.
