The Time Travelers Wife review by DC Tauntaun

In case it isn't your cup of tea, the moon comes out frequently and we are not talking about a rock in the sky. Time travel has always been an interesting concept, but this is a film about the wife and dealing with life married to a time traveler. That takes it out of the sci fi aspect and into the drama category. It is a very somber movie and rather depressing. It gets rather complicated, and so does their relationship. It shows and feels that way. The show also takes you through the moral dilemas of marrying a time traveler. It tries hard to pull some heartstrings. Does it work? Not really. But it has a few moments that can get one thinking. There will be a few hanky moments for those that get into the film. It feels long, and it's missing chemistry if anything between the main characters. Not one I suspect I'll watch again, but since the book has done well for itself, this one will get it's share of movie goers.
