- Clash of the Titans - brings back great memories. Preferred the non-3D version.
- How to Train a Dragon - Great film. Fun and entertaining. A must see.
- The Last Song - Doesn't connect completely, but Greg Kinnear was great. Sad.
- Bounty Hunter - entertaining but racey and poorly written
- Our Family Wedding - The film just "missed" and wasn't funny
- Tooth Fairy - Not very funny, but the kids enjoyed it
- Percy Jackson - cheesy first half, entertaining second half
- When in Rome - valentines day entertainment
- Extraordinary Measures - Heartfelt entertainment
- Lovely Bones - creey, psycho well done disturbing film.
- Leap Year - Better comedy than romance
- Sherlock Holmes - Gritty vision of the "super" sleuth
- Alvin 2 - Take a 6 year old when you go.
- Avatar - Epic visual wonder. Amazing.
- Invictus - Inspiring true story that I would recommend
- Armored - Action flick. Nuff said.
- Old Dogs - Not real funny film but finishes decent
- Planet 51 - Silly and formulaic, enjoyable.
- The Blind Side - quality drama based on the true story of Michael Oher
- 2012 - proposterous, delightfuly guilty pleasure
- Fourth Kind - disturbing drama documentary suspense comedy
- A Christmas Carol - dark and "different" motivational tale
- Michael Jacksons This is it - Fitting tribute showing Michael at work putting together the tour that didn't get to happen.
- Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs - Silly, Nutty, Off the Wall comedy
- Where the Wild Things Are - Grown up bizarre rendition of a childrens book
- Invention of Lying - starts filthy but continues full of dry witty humor
- Whip It - Ellen Page holds the unfocused story together
- Surrogates - 1st half stiff as the robots, the rest was interesting
- Love Happens - Poor flow but nice attempt at the topic
- X-Games The Movie - well done documentary w/ amazing final 25 minutes
- Post Grad - horribly written and unfunny
- Time Travelers Wife - Somber drama that doesn't really get there
- GIJoe - proposerous, laughable, action flick
- Julia and Julia - Well Done, well acted, I'm just not interested
- G-Force 3D - Most expensive Guinea Pig movie you'll ever see.
- Harry Potter 6 - Very well done, impressive
- I Love You Beth Cooper - Dud. Enough said.
- Ice Age 3 - Thrilling yet not so funny sequel
- Transformers 2 - Entertaining long poorly written treat
- Imagine That - pleasant average family flm
- Land of the Lost - had potential until the writers got ahold of it
- Up - Well made adult themed Pixar film
- Night of the Museum 2 - More entertaining than it was funny
- Terminator Salvation - Horribly written but very "cool" film
- Angels & Demons - Simple, questing, average film
- Star Trek - Very Impressed
- Wolverine - Okay prequel that entertains but told a weak story
- Battle For Terra - Grown up cartoon, great animation, a little too preachy
- Earth - Documentary with strong cinematography and Darth Vaders narration
- Fast & Furious - weak story but lots of solid racing action
- 12 Rounds - Like an old Chuck Norris film, Unbelievable B movie with tons of action
- Monsters vs. Aliens - Disappointingly unfunny pointless film
- Knowing - violent, disturbing, creepy, religious film
- Coraline - Psycho, wierd well animated
- Jonas Brothers Concert - Rather redundant
- Pink Panther 2 - Boring and unfunny
- Taken - Unbelievable but surprisingly enjoyable
- New in Town - Just didn't work for me
- Inkheart - Decent fantasy fair
- Bride Wars - I won't say "I do" on this one
- Paul Blart - Silly, fun at times
- Valkyrie - Final 45 minutes saves a poor start
- Bedtime Stories - Take a ten year old along
- Seven Pounds - Decent drama with multiple flaws
- Day the Earth Stood Still - Wrong title for this movie
- Australia - Grand idea but only comes across as good. Way too long.
- Four Christmas - a collection of poor Saturday night live skits
- Twilight - Simple entertaining film for the ladies
- Bolt - Solid clean be aware of action scenes though
- Quantum of Solace - Super Action gets you to the next Bond
- Haunting of Molly Hartley - predictable and very weak
- Nightmare Before Christmas 3D - Didn't like it before, still don't now.
- HSM 3 - young teens dream show.
- Max Payne - Absolutely pointless
- Fireproof - the ultimate "don't be selfish" relationship movie
- City of Ember - Wierd, solid kids adventure
- The Express - Inspirational drama worth seeing
- An American Carol - clever satire definately PG-13
- Eagle Eye - predictable, preposterous, acceptable thriller
- Ghost Town - Will be popular, but not my cup of tea.
- The Family That Preys - Depressing soap opera that went where it wanted to go, I just didn't.
- Babylon A.D. - Did someone forget to send reel 6? Horrible.
- Traitor - Thinking Mans Spy Thriller - slow
- Longshots - feel good family fare. OK.
- The Rocker - Didn't hit a chord with me
- X-Files: I want to Believe - average at best, but special for fans
- Dark Knight - Fabulous well made film
- Hellboy 2 - Well Made but wanders often
- Journey 3D - The 3D is great making a so-so movie better
- Hancock - Doesn't WOW but fits the "cool" billing
- Wall E - Darling couple Wall E and Eve make, and another excellent Pixar film
- Get Smart - Not so smart but silly spy thriller
- Incredible Hulk - Not stellar but solid summer blockbuster
- Kung Fu Panda - Rather entertaining
- Indiana Jones - Fabulous action sequences in a fun, flawed film.
- Prince Caspian - A well made darker side of Narnia
- Speed Racer - Fun but leave expectations & critiquing home
- Forbidden Kingdom - average at best, excellent fight choreography.
- Made of Honor - Too bad it is filthy. Had potential.
- Iron Man - Very well made film. Amazingly cool character.
- Baby Mama - I am a guy. I just don't "get" it.
- Nim's Island - Fun, Playful, film best watched through the eyes of a child
- 21 - slow moving, predictable, (catch it on video) film
- Drillbit Taylor - Weak vulgar comedy with a few laughs
- Horton Hears a Who - Well Done, such fun, makes you appreciate a small someone
- 10,000 B.C. - Decent yet shallow film
- Penelope - Better than expected
- Vantage Point - slow starting but super fast finish
- Witless Protection - Why would anyone see this?
- Fool's Gold - Entertaining but not for everyone
- Bucket List - Enjoyed it
- Jumper - creative idea but get a new editor and casting agent
- 27 Dresses - Rare chick flick a guy can get through
- The Eye - Predictable but suspenseful
- Cloverfield - Either you will love or hate it. I loved it.
- National Treasure 2 - Same as the first. Entertaining.
- I am Legend - so so special effects, but superb drama.
- Meet the Spartans - I can never have those 70 minutes of my life back
