Mao's Last Dance review by DC Tauntaun
Based on an autobiography, they did a decent job of telling the story. The first two-thirds is much better than the final third, but I can forgive it since I enjoyed the movie more than I thought I would. It is the story of a ballet star from China that comes to America, falls in love with an American, defects from China, and becomes a star. The story will draw you in, but just remember to save some of the popcorn for when the show begins to drag towards the end.
