After four days and numerous times spent with friends and ward members the move is complete. We have spotted the Thornton's in their new location on the East side and the old "Thornton" home is now officially "someone else's". We would have gotten some fresh new quotes from them, but literally the moment they put their last box into their new place, they threw a suitcase into their van and raced off to Utah. Something about a class reunion and job hunting? We would give them the "crazy" label, but seeing how long the move took them, we will cut them some slack. Oh, and possibly leave a bunch of stuff out in the rain so they will cart it off to the dump and not have to move it again.
We know the Thornton's we absolutely grateful for all the help they received in the process. It wouldn't have happened without them. More to come as their transition towards Utah continues.
