The Longshots Review by DC Tauntaun

Based on a true story most can get into this story of a young lady making her middle school football team as the quarterback. It is obvious they attempted greatly to hit the dramatic nerve with their efforts, but there was just something missing between the actors that keeps it from pulling you deeper into it. It is a feel good movie for the sports fan, and the story is strong in sending a message to those that don't think they can become something more. Although better made then some films of this type, it still sits in the "I'll catch it on video" category.
